1. Who we are

This website, anetabordea.com, presents the concierge services of Prive Concierge by Aneta. The data controller is Aneta Bordea, Romania. You can contact us at contact@anetabordea.com. When the business is registered, this policy will be updated with the legal details of the business.

2. What data we collect

• Contact request. When you use the contact form, the name, email, request type and message you type are placed in an email that opens in your own email app. Nothing is sent until you press send there, and we do not store these details on the website.
• Emails. If you email us, we receive the details you share (such as your name, email address and what you need).
• Technical data. Like any website, our hosting provider processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and date and time of the visit, to deliver the site and keep it secure.

We do not use advertising cookies or analytics, and the website does not create an account for you.

3. Why we use your data

• To reply to your request and prepare a proposal (legal basis: steps taken at your request before a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• To provide the services you ask for, such as making bookings with hotels, restaurants or venues (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• To keep the website secure and working (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• To meet legal obligations, such as accounting and tax rules, when they apply (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

4. Who receives your data

We do not sell your data. It may be processed by:

• Netlify, which hosts the website.
• Namecheap, which provides our domain and business email.
• Google, because the website loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your IP address is sent to Google when the page loads.
• Service providers (for example hotels, restaurants, venues or transport companies), only with the data needed to carry out what you asked us to arrange.

Some of these providers are located outside the European Economic Area. In that case, transfers rely on safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected. Requests that do not lead to a service are deleted within a reasonable time, normally within 12 months. Data we must keep for accounting or tax reasons is kept for the period required by law.

6. Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to access your data, correct it, have it deleted, restrict or object to its use, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw your consent at any time where we rely on it. To use these rights, write to contact@anetabordea.com. We will reply within one month.

You can also complain to the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP (www.dataprotection.ro).

7. Children

Our services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
